Meet Dr. Cary Najarian
Dr. Cary Najarian graduated from the Palmer College of Chiropractic in 1991. Palmer is where chiropractic started — the oldest and most respected chiropractic school in the world. He brought that training home to Greene, NY and opened his practice on Genesee Street.
What began as a one-doctor chiropractic office grew over three decades into a full wellness practice offering chiropractic adjustments, acupuncture, nutrition counseling, and laser therapy. Patients drive from across Chenango County because Dr. Najarian takes the time to find what's actually causing their pain.
This has never been a revolving-door practice. Dr. Najarian knows his patients by name. Many have been coming for 20+ years. That kind of trust doesn't come from advertising. It comes from results.
With Jody managing the front desk and keeping everything running smoothly, Najarian Chiropractic feels more like a neighbor's home than a medical office. That's intentional.
How We Got Here
Palmer Graduate
Dr. Najarian earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic — the birthplace of chiropractic care. Armed with hands-on training and a calling to help people, he headed home to Southern Tier New York.
Doors Open on Genesee
The practice opened at 32 Genesee Street in Greene. One treatment room, a small waiting area, and a doctor who actually listened. Word spread fast.
Adding Acupuncture
Dr. Najarian expanded into acupuncture to treat conditions that traditional adjustments alone couldn't fully resolve. Patients with chronic pain, digestive issues, and migraines found relief through this ancient practice.
Full Wellness Practice
Nutrition counseling and laser therapy joined the service lineup. The practice evolved from a chiropractic office into a complete wellness center — treating the whole person, not just one symptom at a time.
Business of the Month
NBT Bank honored Najarian Chiropractic as Business of the Month — a recognition earned through decades of community trust and patient outcomes that speak for themselves.
